Efrim, Roșca and Associates has won the 2018 Deal of the Year Award by the prestigious CEE Legal Matters magazine. We are honored to announce that ERA has won the 2018 Deal of the Year in the Republic of Moldova awarded by the prestigious CEE Legal Matters magazine. The prize was awarded for the representation of B.C. Moldova-Agroindbank S.A. and the Moldovan Government in the deal for sale of the majority stake to the International Consortium of Investors – EBRD, Invalda INVL, Horizont Capital. It is for the first time in the history of this competition when the prize was awarded to a Moldovan legal company.

Legal practitioners with vast experience from Central and Eastern Europe gathered in Budapest on 28 March at the CEE Deal of the Year Award ceremony (award for the deal of the year across Central and Eastern Europe).
